Dating back to 17 December 1505, this stunning Mallorcan Possessió on the outskirts of Ariany was immaculately renovated in 2024 by a local Mallorquin architect couple. Respecting the history of this esteemed building was the cornerstone of the project.

Surrounded by unobstructed views of nature and enclosed with a stone wall across a 30,000m2 plot, premium local and natural materials have been used to refurbish the 609m2 main house. Many of the building’s original features have been preserved and carefully restored to maintain its soul. The interior design has been envisioned to honour its illustrious heritage while adding a contemporary aesthetic that feels timeless.

Spread over two floors embracing the traditional architectural style, the house features 5 en-suite bedrooms, 2 large living rooms with fireplaces, a dining room, complementary lounges and an incredible outdoor space with swimming pool guarantee spacious living.
