Situated near the historic village of Sineu, this serene vineyard spans over 18,500 sqm, offering an idyllic retreat where premium, organic wines are crafted. Producing an exclusive average of 3,400 bottles per year, the vineyard yields both red wines (Cabernet Sauvignon, Manto Negro, and Syrah) and white wines (Malvasia Aromatica and Macabeo). The 50 m² agricultural casita, spread over two floors, is registered for agricultural purposes only and does not currently have a certificate of occupancy.
